Our factory has more than 10 years professional production experience of medical non-woven fabrics and face mask, orthopedic polymer splint, orthopedic polymer bandage, orthopedic cast padding and self-adhesive bandage.

With cutting-edge spunlace and needle-punched nonwoven production lines, along with advanced finishing equipment such as laminators, Laser cutting machine, perforating machines, slitters, and precision cutters, we have built a strong foundation for the innovation and manufacturing of premium medical nonwoven materials.

Our state-of-the-art facilities feature two Class 100,000 cleanrooms covering over 3,000 square meters, as well as a Class 10,000 microbiology laboratory—ensuring every product is crafted in a strictly controlled, sterile environment.

We operate under a fully certified quality management system and hold multiple domestic and international credentials, including Class I & II medical device registrations, Class II production licenses, U.S. FDA registration, ISO 13485 certification, and CE marking.
