Medical Non-woven Fabrics

    Our company is equipped with needle-punched, spunlace, and melt-blown non-woven fabric production lines, as well as advanced functional processing equipment such as lamination, coating, adhesive spraying,  slitting, and die-cutting, as well as surface texture treatment devices such as embossing, perforation, and glue-dropping.

Made from medical-grade viscose, polyester and PP fibers, the non-woven fabrics are manufactured using either needle punching or spunlace technology, and are free from fluorescent agents. They are primarily used in the production of medical nonwoven gauze pads, absorbent pads, and adhesive tape backings.
